You’ll learn new cooking skills, make 5 healthy and nutritious meals, meet new people and have a great time!

All meals are gluten-free. See below for vegetarian and meat options. Meat options are always pork-free. Please let Kate know if you have any dietary restrictions, food sensitivities and/or allergies.

You’ll receive:

  • 2hrs of cooking instruction
  • Relevant nutrition and health tips
  • Five healthy, nutritious and filling meals for the week (all groceries included)
  • Digital package with menu for the week and recipes so you can make them again at home
  • Make new friends and have a great time learning new recipes

Classes run from 6.30-8.30pm at dates shown on the calendar below.

Vegetarian – $66+tax
Omnivore – $75+tax (3 meat and 2 vegetarian meals)
