The spiralized zucchini pasta dish was the BEST meal I’ve had in a while. I cannot get over the cauliflower ‘meat’ taste, and the noodles were so filling and lovely. It was a perfect dinner portion, and a perfect dish for a cold night when I didn’t want to leave home.
