These energy balls are crazy good! I’m not messing around here. I know there are tons of energy ball recipes out there but trust me when I say, these are by far the absolute best energy balls you’ll ever have!
They’re sweet, but not too sweet, creamy but have a little crunch and they’re full of flavour and nutrients. This recipe really hits the ball out the park!
And as if that wasn’t reason enough to whip up a batch, they’re super easy to make! I like to make these as a little ‘thank you’ gift for friends and family. They’re perfect because they’re healthy, they taste amazing and I always have the ingredients on-hand. And every time, I get asked for the recipe!
To be honest, I didn’t have a specific name for these energy balls but when I decided to share the recipe, I had to come up with something! I thought long and hard coming up with ‘Freakin’ Delicious Energy Balls’ and ‘Crazy Good Energy Balls’ because they really are both of those things. But after mulling over the ingredients, I settled on C3 Energy Balls. They’re packed with coconut, cashew and chocolate goodness!

C3 Energy Balls
Makes about 22 balls
1 cup rolled oats (I like to use certified gluten-free)
2/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/2 cup cashew butter
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1/2 cup chocolate chips (use dairy-free chips or cocoa nibs)
1/4 cup raw honey
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla extract
Mix all ingredients and let sit in the fridge to set for approx. 30min. Then roll into small balls about 1inch in size. Store in airtight container.
Enjoy as a snack on-the-go or dessert after lunch or dinner!
